We at Crazy Robot wanted to create a game that would be both fun and challenging. Thus, was born The Infinity Project. But, to ensure the challenge does not get in the way of our players having fun, we wanted to provide a set of frequently asked questions and some hints that will help as a guide in perhaps the more complex situations of the game.

General Tips and Tricks

My fire button is under my control pad. What in the world is going on here!?

Only players that updated may see this. To adjust the fire button's position, go to the Main Menu> Options> Fire Button Position. You can then drag the fire button anywhere on the screen. Yes, you can even go a little CRAZY and put it right smack in the center!

Adjusting the movement sensitivity.

To adjust the movement sensitivity go to the Main Menu> Options> Movement Options

Level of difficulty.

There are three levels of difficulty that you can choose from by going to the Main Menu> Options> Player Options. Think you can handle Suicide mode?

Vibrate on fire (iPhone only)

Vibrate comes on when the health drops below 33% advising you to take cover. You can also choose to have the vibrate always on whenever you get hit and to turn it completely off by going to the Main Menu> Options> Damage Vibration.

To bleed or not to bleed?

Blood may not be your cup of tea, this is why we have chosen to give our players the option of turning the blood off from the main menu. Simply go to the Main Menu> Options> Player Options.

Invert Y-Axis

Having trouble with the controls? Try inverting the Y-Axis by going to the Main Menu> Options> Movement Options.

Suit Damage

Human Augmentation Suits, also referred to as "HAS suits", are strong. However, they will deteriorate due to excess enemy damage. As your suit deteriorates, it will become less effective and more susceptible to enemy fire.

New HAS suits can be found in steel boxes throughout the game.

Why are all these hours disappearing from my life?

You have presumably been playing the game so much that you have been depriving yourself of sleep, therefore you've continuously been falling asleep during your 'working' hours.

Level Specific Hints

Level 3: Maintenance Hanger

Q: You've beat the boss and grabbed the key, but the door will not open.

A: The Key is not for the door, but rather the force field. Use the key to turn the force field off leading into the command room. Once there, kill the two Talons and look for a small control panel that has a hand print on it to unlock the door.

Level 16: Environmental Cooling Section

Q: You can't find the ramp to get the key.

A: Once you make your way to the top of the ramps, you will come to a drop off point. The ramp suddenly stops. Look to the right and down, step off the ramp and land on the one below.

Q: The controls are hard and I keep falling!

A: We designed the controls to allow you to move VERY slowly. Place your thumb in the center of the control pad so you don't move, then slowly roll your thumb in the direction you want to walk. You will walk slowly and have better control.

Level 24: Command Bridge

Q: You've beat the boss, but the elevator doors will not open.

A: Make sure you read all 10 logs then the door will open. We realize that not everyone wants to read through a bunch of boring logbooks. Especially when you've got better things to do like laser-blasting Talons! This will be fixed in our next update, we promise :)
